All quality assured qualifications listed on the NZQF fit into a qualification type: a certificate, diploma or degree. Each qualification type is defined by an agreed set of criteria which includes the level at which the qualification is listed and the number of credits required at each level. Confirmation of enrolment
If you are returning to the same New Zealand education provider to continue a course of study (e.g., the second year of a three-year Bachelor degree) you may provide a confirmation of enrolment from the education provider instead of an offer of a place
Courses less than nine months
If the course you intend to study lasts less than nine months, you will need to show us you have access to NZ$1,250 for each month of your stay less any prepaid living expenses (you will need to show us that you’ve paid).
Proof that you plan to leave
we are sure that you will leave New Zealand when you have finished your course of study, we will need evidence of how you will leave New Zealand. For example, Visa officer may want to see travel tickets out of New Zealand to a country you are allowed to enter, or evidence of enough money held in New Zealand, additional to the funds you’ll need for your living expenses.
Business to New Zealand
A business visitor is someone who comes to New Zealand to engage in international business activities without directly entering the NZ labour market. Business visitors usually stay in NZ for a few days or a few weeks but are able to stay for up to 6 months. A business visitor has a separate requirement for obtaining visa. Business visitors do not require a work permit as they don’t intend to work in New Zealand. However, while applying for their Visa, they must be able to establish the sincerity of their business visit.Investor Visas

Entrepreneur Work Visa

Temporary Work Visa
If you have a job offer from a New Zealand employer, you may apply for a temporary work visa. This could include visas for skilled workers, essential skills workers, or specific work categories.
Tourist to NE Zealand
Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter another country must first obtain a visa, either a non-immigrant visa for temporary stay, or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Visitor visas are non-immigrant visas for persons who want to enter another country temporarily for business, tourism, pleasure, short-term study, visiting family or relatives, or a combination of any of these purposes.
Single entry visa and a multiple entry visa
A multiple entry visa allows visitors to come and go from Canada for six months at a time, without having to reapply each time. It can be valid for up to 10 years, or one month before your passport expires, whichever is earlier. You must arrive back to the your home country on or before the expiry date on your visa. A single entry visa allows you to come to the foreign country only one time.
Duration of stay
Most visitors are allowed a six-month stay from the day they enter. If the officer authorizes a stay of less than six months, they will indicate in your passport the date by which you must leave the country. If you need more time and do not wish to leave the country upon expire of your visa, you will be required to apply for an extension of your stay.
Dependent children
Visitor visa applications for dependent children of Essential Skills work visa holders will need to include evidence that the parent who holds the Essential Skills work visa meets a minimum income threshold.
